In 2007/2008 it is time to CELEBRATE Lions members for service to their communities, the district, the state, and people worldwide.
• 36R collects over 15,000 pair of eyeglasses each year. This means that 15,000 people will be able to see better because of the clubs in 36R.
• 36R club members collect and donate approximately $40,000 a year to local school districts.
• 36R club members supply over 460 pairs of eyeglasses to children and adults in our district.
• 36R supports a house in cooperation with the Children's Miracle Network where parents can stay while their children receive medical care.
• 36R members screened over 27,000 people in the Mobile Health Screening Unit free of charge last year.
• 36R helps hundreds of children each year with the Opportunities for Youth Programs, LEOs, HOBY, and several other children programs.
• 36R clubs and members truly follow the Lions motto “WE SERVE.”

Yes, it is time to CELBRATE Lions and all the good work we do!
